Tasted on 3/3/13 from a 24oz can purchased at a gas station. Pours clear golden with an average white head that slowly recedes to a thin layer of lace. The nose is very simple corn malt with just a touch of doughy yeast. The flavor is the same, with some corny malt and light bitterness, much more neutral than I expected. The body is light with fizzy carbonation and a short corn malt finish.

Drank from the 32 OZ bottle (without the paper bag). Aroma- not a pleasant aroma, mostly stale corn and wet grass. Appearance- crystal light golden color with lots of carbonation. Taste- really! It is made to impair and not to impress your taste buds. Overall- this is not a good beer and it isnít even a good malt liquor. Colt 45, Magnum and Private Stock are a lot better than this.

16oz can drunk 9/17/15 (assumedly relatively fresh).
Copper-orange liquid has a foamy off-white head that slowly recedes to ring. Filtered, highly clear and fizzy.
Standard malt liquor nose seems actually a touch softer/sweeter than your average sharp, stale/rotten/dms-ridden nose. Instead itís mostly just heavy cereals, lots of corn, some vanillin and not too much else, including a surprising lack of anything terribly off-putting. Iím certainly not jumping for joy based on the nose, but Iím not disgusted by it, by any means.
The flavor, then, is rather sweet, though only minimally syrupy on account of an average attenuation and high level of carbonation. Lots of corn, cream, cherry-like esters and a touch of alcohol dryness/warmth on the finish. Itís not good and if youíre drinking this, Iíve got to ask why not just drink the same crappy lager in a lower alcohol form (unless youíre concurrently under a bridge smoking crack, in which case itís understandable)? But as purely trying the beer to rate it, Iíve had much, much worse and itís drinkable, even, if a bit sweet and oddly estery.

24 ounce can. Pale yellow gold color. Small bubbly white head. Grainy malt nose. Flavor is slightly vinous, with fruity metallic notes. Lots,of fizz and little flavor. Not good, but not as bad as I thought it would be.

It is what it is. Really pretty foul. Only time I ever drank this was in college when a cheap buzz was the final objective. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Pale yellow color with thin large pored foam. The nose is not good, just a little malty and boozy. The taste as well, even a little watery. The aftertaste is boring, but not specially bad. Not cheap enough to be at least lightly recommendable.

Doing this to get Malt Liquor. And as a joke. Should have become my rating #800. Skunky, corny, sugary, bad, weird. Not more to say. Oh boy.

Appearance: clear honey yellow, short fizzy white head. Aroma; creamed corn, grass, hint of hot metal, light skunk. Taste: sweet and grainy, with prominent cornbread, cardboard, and burnt hay. Finish: lasts too long, with sugary sweetness and alcohol vying for prominence. Notes: Exactly what I expected. Bottle sampled at Beerble Study, courtesy of Andy, who brought it either as a joke or some sort of punishment.

Pours a golden, dark straw color. I poured a pretty nice head that doesnít last long. Thereís some spotty lacing on my glass.

Smells somewhat of corn. Thereís some fruitiness in there. I also smell the water. I think I smell some sort of perfume. Itís odd. Itís light. But itís there, I think.

Taste is pretty good. Itís sweet. I can taste some grain and hops. It finishes just a tad bitter. Itís a lot bitter than I expected. Roasted malt is heavy in the flavor, but not overly strong. Hops are showing pretty heavy also, but the sweetness reduces the bItterness. No alcohol flavor that I can tell.

Mouthfeel is medium. Goes down real easy. I could easily drink several of these. Pretty dry to the finish. Just a tad bit of bitterness.

Overall, this is the first time Iíve had this. Iím impressed. Iíve been avoiding it, canít really say why. Itís certainly one I would drink again. For the price, itís hard to beat. Higher alcohol, decent flavor, and itís cheeeeaaapp!
