65cl, Vintage 2012, new exclusive American brew Anno 2011, with honey and raspberries, thx to Secret Santa!, very complex Stout, fruity/roasted and slightly alcoholic/woody, not too heavy, balanced, cloudy, nearly no head, very good and original brew, yet very expensive!

Bottle shared at LeviLOL tasting - thanks Ryan! Dark black pour. Malty and slight raspberry nose. Really nice taste, chocolate and raspberry taste - really nice. Just a tad of cough syrup in the finish. Still really well done.

Dark pour, virtually no head. Chocolate and raspberry most prominent in the aroma. Cocolate covered dark red fruit, red wine, fudge, molasses, heavy body. Nice cold weather sipper

Dark colour, almost no head. Tart, big raspberry flavour. Also some barrel, bourbon character. Wine aroma. Somewhat a sipper. Doug’s bottle.

22 oz. bottle via NC trade- thanks again, John! Pours a deep, opaque midnight brown with a finger of brown head that fades quickly. Aroma of raspberry, chocolate, oak, roast, vanilla, molasses, fudge, and syrup. Flavor of raspberry, chocolate, vanilla, molasses, fudge, charred oak, roast, and tobacco. Medium-bodied, with low carbonation and a smooth mouthfeel. Raspberry in the start and finish. Wasn’t sure what to expect but this is tasty.

Bomber to snifter. Pours a reddish black (is that a color?). Smells of raspberry jam on burnt toast. Tastes of chocolate, raspberry, light coffee, and is very sweet! I prefer The Event Horizon from these guys!

DuffMan (6157) - the land of bitumen, beef & beer, Alberta, CANADA - JAN 27, 2014
Bottle, courtesy of b3shine, shared with Parksy and Ian. Thick near black body with a finely bubbled brown head. Lovely aroma of hearty dark malts with a subtle undertone of raspeberry fruit and soft barrel sweetness. The palate is rich and malt heavy, brothy and fudgey, with a tart, real-fruit raspberry note in the finish. The barrel provides a silky sweet roundness to the overall profile, but the malts and the fruit really run the show. Surprised this doesn’t score higher in the percentile rankings-- really fantastic brew!

Bottle. Pitch black with a small mocha colored lacing. Aroma is on the sweet side with notes of caramel, raspberries, oak, and licorice. Flavor is roughly the same but the fruit stands out more. Medium bodied and the ABV is hidden well.
