White head, very pale, bad label, standard bomber. Fresh, light, sweetish, a little sweaty. Nice bittering. Light body. Crip, clean. Lightly malty aroma. Thanks, LuckyDog.

22 ounce bottle. Pours a pale gold with a nice white head. Aroma of malt, grain, and grass. Taste is similar with a bit of citrus. Easy to drink, a nice Pils!

Nearly clear pale straw color with an out of control head that deposits fluffs of lace. The taste is clean malt that balances more through sourness than hops. It has the dubious quality of making me want to belch without being able to. Not a winner.

22oz bottle. Pours clear, golden yellow. White fizz. Aroma of cereal malts, straw. Smells like bread cooking in a field of hay. Tastes of straw, bitter citrus rind. Lingering bitterness. Very light and sessionable. Bold presence of the malts. Overall, it seems to be lacking something, although anything else this beer may become too over the top. It’s a great Pilsner. (3447)

Bottle from Bruisin Ales. Straw golden color with a thick fluffy white head pouring out. The aroma is husky and grainy, with whiffs of grass and bread. Very clean and easy to drink; it’s quite simple but still good. Hay, straw, sweet bread, and corn flavors noted. It’s just crisp and dry enough to satisfy. A nice simple summer Pils I’d have no trouble going back to if available locally.

Draft at Olde Hickory Tap House. Pours almost crystal clear with a very big white head. Lots of effervescence with this one. Not much on the nose except for a vague cornness. Light and supple on the tongue with a nice amount of bitterness to clean up the finish. I think a little flavor on the tongue would have vaulted this beer into the stratosphere.

Not bad. Pours a golden color without much head. Has a really clean finish; the experience ends almost the moment you swallow. Not a lot of smell, but a very easy pilsner.

Location/Date:Bottle on May 10th, 2012.

Appearance: Pours a gold clear.
Aroma: Aroma is light, faint breadiness.
Taste: Light bitterness, strong amount of malt.
Palate:A bit fizzy.

Summary: Okay beer but the fizziness drove me crazy.
