COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our Flagship beer brewed for the true beer lover! Table Rock Pale Ale is brewed using the finest two row barley malts, with generous amounts of crystal and caramel malts yielding a dseep copper color and rich malt body. Table Rock is dominated by American Cascade hops, averaging a whopping 3 grams of hops per pint! Cascade hops produce a lively floral aroma and taste. Try one and see why this is our most popular brew, “once you go Pale, you don’t go back”!

Draft at Amos Howard’s. Pours yellow with a half inch of white foam. Leaves a nice amount of lacing. Nice citrus hop notes on the nose which continue onto the tongue. Finishes crisp and clean. Solid example of style.

Orange-tinged golden ale, mostly clear. Bad label, slightly peppery, lightly fruity aroma. Mostly dry, tangy, not a hop bomb. Pretty malty, but not overly sweet. Thanks to LuckyDog for hauling this back from Caroline.

Clear light golden amber with a big-bubbled head and tiny dots of lace. Typical hoppy pale ale - light malt gives way to pine hops that, even though they aren’t strong, dominate the brew right through the finish. Decent, but nothing that stands out from the competition.

From a draft sampler at the tap room. Copper pour. Hoppy floral citrus bitter. Light, grapefruit, earthy. 7.0

22oz bottle, greatest cap ever. Deep amber color, froathy white head. Perfume aroma underneath the toasted grains & caramel nose. Mild tastes. Sweet malts, well balanced with the sharp pine hops. A very decent American Pale Ale. (3448)

Really interesting beer. Feels almost like an IPA rather than an APA. Pours a darker golden color with hints of orange to it. Good level of hoppiness to it. Very light and easy to drink.

At the inaugural Firkin’ Friday at City Beverage on 9/24/10. Reviewed from notes. This is only my second time having a beer from cask. Unfiltered of course. This beer was a very cloudy dark amber/orange with a finger-width beige head on top. Decent lacing left behind. Spicy hops in the nose, sweet malts, mild toffee, flowers. Crisp citrus, sharp pine flavor. Finish was mildly sweet with some caramel and butterscotch. The body was thicker than the other cask I had. Carbonation level was low as expected. Nice chewy feel though. I like it. Finished the pint no problem. Could have had another. I liked this version much better than their bottled.

on tap at ohb 7/12/11. orange pour with a webby white head. aroma is fairly simple... citrus/orange/gf, pine and caramel. the flavor is the same with a waxy resinous finish and citrus peel aftertaste. crisp and quite easily sessionable. 6/3/6/4/14
