Had on tap at the Sunspot in Knoxville, TN. Poured to an orange-red color with thick white head that lasted for most the glass, and left good lacing. Slight fruit aroma, apples mostly, with a hint of hoppy floral. Flavor was a little of the same, although both were muted. What I liked best about this beer was the biting mouthfeel and the strong, bitter finish.

I truly enjoy this beer. I can only find it in one local bar, but I order it every time that I go there. It has a refreshing taste and is not too hoppy. It has a beautiful color. I have only had it on draft, but plan on trying it in the bottle.

Mini-keg at a reception in Knoxville. Poured copper with a nice tan head. Nose is floral and citrus. Plavor is citrusy and malty, with a nice hop bite in the finish. Excellent mouthfeel. A good Pale Ale.

Clear amber, an attractive hue. The aroma has fresh citrus and apricot hops. In the flavor they add a bit of pine and a touch of astringency from the hops. This is hoppier than the Warning IPA, but I think I prefer the Warning. Not bad, this one, though.

Draught at the brewpub. Clear orange color with white head that laced the glass. Citrusy hop nose. Tangy and bitter with a hoppy grapefruit flavor. Very good IPA.

draught. Pours a copper shade with a firm, white head atop. The aroma is typical PA: pine, citrus, a little caramel. Flavor is more the same. It definitely satisfied my craving for a good pale ale. I think it resembles an APA a little more than an IPA. The malts could’ve been slightly more rounded for a more savory experience and there were slight buttery off-flavors, but all in all, it was a refreshing, hoppy, sweet brew.

Copper orange color with a small white head. Floral hop aroma with notes of citrus in the background. Lots of crisp grapefruit bitterness combined with a touch of sweet malts. Good representation of this style.

GABF. Pours gold. Aroma is sweet malt. Flavor is like a weak IPA. Palate coats. Good effort.

Draught. Transluscent golden color with small, white head. The aroma is spice, hops, and something that reminds me of cream-cheese. Flavor is mostly creamy hops along with raw barley, sour zest, and a touch of saltiness. There is a sharp bite up front and it smooths out toward the finish. I don’t like this as much as everyone else seems to. There are much better PAs and IPAs out there. It’s certainly still drinkable, though.

Single hop (Cascade) IPA. In tallikng to the bartender, most likely also single 2 row malt - good. Simple yet flavorful. Typical Cascade aromas of pine and some grapefruit. Good use of hops for bittering, aroma and hop flavor - nicely balanced. Slightly perfumy finish.
