Wood, roast, coffee, vanilla, liquorice, toffee and mild honey. A bot of warmth - nothing too heavy. Smooth, slick and chewy. Bang!

Bomber from timfoolery. Pours dark brown/black with a transient dark tan head. Aromas of smooth bourbon, with a honey itch toward the back of the throat. Full bodied. Flavor starts lovely dark chocolate, quickly followed by treacle and bourbon. It’s quite tasty. Excellent.

Bottle shared by alexsdad06. Poured a dark brown color with an average to large frothy brown head that lasted with good lacing. Moderate to heavy toasted chocolate, wood and alcohol aroma. Medium to heavy dark sweet malt flavor with a medium to heavy sweet and small alcohol bite finish of moderate to long duration. Medium to full body with a smooth texture and flat carbonation. This is a standout beer.

Mega full-bodied with tickling carbonation. The flavor is a mélange of pouch tobacco, vanilla and molasses overlying a gentle nuance of toasted oak. Warming, chocolaty-sweet finish.
