This beer is really pretty decent, but still nothing much to it. I like some more complexity.

Poured a copper ,med caronated,Some head that dissappears immediatly.Smells mildly malty grainy. The taste has some tartness like lemon, fairly crisp easy to drink any somewhat watery. Is decent, but probably wouldnt seek it out again. But i wouldnt turn one down and accept the differences between seasons shelf/storage conditions....

Pours deep amber with nice light citrus tones. Hop notes get bigger on the palate and finish with a deep malt finish.

On tap @ Olde Main. Orangish amber appearance with a light tan head. Nutty caramel amber malty aroma. Sweet, slightly sugar caramel malty flavor. Solid though somewhat unexciting beer.

2.8 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Pours a hazy orange with a big initial head that sort of fades into nothingness... well not really nothingness but a loose foam sort of hanging out where beer meets glass. The aroma is raw grain, raisins, tart cherries and pennies. Flavor is fruity with some vegetal garbage, but there is a nice clean maltiness lingering behind that that is really not too bad. The maltiness is really nice, not a cloying or caramel like malt character is to be found. It’s got that dry crackery on fruity character that makes me think, Vienna? There is a bit of copper in there, but this is not nearly as metallic as I remember it being. Now I must say that this is the first time to my memory that I’ve had this beer and not tasted/smelled diacetyl. Looks like some of the QC issues with these cats are being ironed out. I sure hope so.

3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Received this in trade from tedpeer, thanks for the opportunity.
Pours a slightly cloudy orange-amber with a smallish bubbly off white head that dissipates quickly. Aroma is malty, a bit fruity, but kind of bland. Would have done well with some hop presence. Taste is malty, I get some caramel, some toffee, very dry finish. Mouthfeel is kind of watery maybe a bit oily. Body is a bit thin. Carbonation is crisp. Not a bad beer, just somewhat unremarkable. I could see a bud drinker transitioning to this quite easily.

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
12oz bottle. Murky amber-brown color. Big, steady beige head. Aroma of pungent, citrus laced amber malt. Very fruity, almost approaching berry tones with the amber malt. Slightly lemony, there is a chance that this is infected. Still does the job as an Amber, pretty drinkable.
