Commercial Description:
There's a lot of care in this. Dan used 400 lbs. of Maroinberries for this delicious fruit beer. The Marionberry is a blackberry variety that is widely grown in Marion County, Oregon. Distinct reddish purple color and pleasant blackberry flavor. Not too sweet, not too sour, and still very much a beer.

Festival tap: Greyish pink, unfiltered. nose is candy like. Sour at first sip, tartness of cherry, sweetness of Spree candy. Somewhat sorbet like to me at the finish, creamy...wierd...Awesome name.

Looks like a lambic. Very deep raspberry color and pink head. Sweet at first and then quite sour. Nice berry flavor which is very prevalent. Leads to a nice bitter finish. Quite heavy on the tastebuds. Very nice.

A complex mix of sweet and sour - cane sugar and tart raspberry and alcohol. Very full bodied - a lot of fruit is in here. Cloudy and absolutley delicious (even though it isn’t all that beery). I love Kalamazoo - 3 breweries within walking distance of eachother makes for delightful evenings.
