Commercial Description:
For it's British qualities, we've named our Bitter after Mr. Pickwick of Dickens Pickwick Papers. It has a dark coppery hue, with a good balance between hops and malt. If you're from the Yorkshire District, you'll feel right at home with this bitter!

(Draught) Sampled at the brewpub in Peterborough, ON. Pours a foamy, white, lasting head with a honey brown coloured body. Tiny bubbles lend to its pleasant bitter hops aroma and mild buttery flavour. Bitter finish. Milky.

Amber body, Light hoppy bitterness with notes of citrus and fruit. Moderate hops in the aroma as well. Average palate. Needs a bit more of everything in my opinion, but this was still my favorite of their beers. Solid session beer that I could drink a few pints of.
