CapFlu (3273), Victoria, British Columbia, Canada Aug 23, 2005 (Draught) Sampled at the brewpub in Peterborough, ON. Pours a foamy, white, lasting head with a honey brown coloured body. Tiny bubbles lend to its pleasant bitter hops aroma and mild buttery flavour. Bitter finish. Milky. jerc (3114), Toronto, Ontario, Canada Aug 7, 2006 Amber body, Light hoppy bitterness with notes of citrus and fruit. Moderate hops in the aroma as well. Average palate. Needs a bit more of everything in my opinion, but this was still my favorite of their beers. Solid session beer that I could drink a few pints of. Sammy (3041), Toronto, Ontario, Canada Mar 27, 2005 A palate cleaner. No smell, some ofsetting malt and citrus and acidic from hops. Thin-Medium
