Cask at Peterborough Beer Fest. Clear golden. Lager-like papery vegetable nose. Medium sweet with fairly soft mouthfeel. Cardboard dominates, grass and caramel surfaces later, but can’t really save it.

Cask gravity at GBBF 2007. Gold, thin white. Thin, weedy. OK so it’s a mild and it is very mild. Decent condition, a little tingle on end. Pretty ok if you want a light beer, some citrus earthy finish. Nothing wrong with it at all. Very light.

Gravicask at GBBF. Nice clean blonde with a white head. Dull hoppy aroma. Slightly fruity flavour with some more dull hops. Just about ok.

Tasting notes from 2002 Harbury beer festival. Golden-copper with a thin head. Notes of fruit and wheat aroma. Farily lite falvour, with honey, fruity malt, and mild hop flavours. Farily bitter finish balances it out.

[Cask at Volunteers Arms, GBBF, 2004] A yellow beer with a small disappearing head. The aroma contains notes of hops and honey.The flavor is sweet malty with hitns of honey.

Dark red in colour. Looks a bit like Vimto. Aromas are winter fruit malts. Flavours are winter berries with some chocolate. Nice and malty with a dry finish.

Cask Conditioned at The Olde Swan (Ma Pardoes), Netherton, W.Midlands. An amber beer with frothy head, initially sharp tangy this is then a smooth, easy drinking malty beer with a juicy fresh hop finish.
