pours clear golden, white head.
aroma had hints of buttery sweetness, some pilsener malts and wheat.
taste, light malts, hoppy finish sweet and very one dimensional hinting toward a light citrusy finish and smooth buttery palate with underlying bitter notes of the hops. unclemattie (2370), Georgia, USA Jun 8, 2009 Tap @ the 1st Annual Rocket City Brewfest. 08 may 09. Clear golden yellow. Aroma of corn, straw and pils malt. Flavor has lots of straw, corn, fruitiness, and nice saaz hops. Finishes with a light blueberry extract note. Sort of very fruity. Still good though. BeerHawk (1175), Huntsville, Alabama, USA Jan 19, 2009 Draft. Golden in the glass with a thin white head that settled to a ring and left light lace. Light aromas of malts and grain. The flavor has sweet malts up front with bitter hops in back and a slight hint of spices. Light body, soft carbonation, and a light bitter ending. kp (8400), Woodstock, Georgia, USA Jan 18, 2009

brentfeesh (1030), Gadsden, Alabama, USA Jun 3, 2007 Sampled at the First ever Magic City Brew Fest. Poured a deep onion skin color, very clear, with a light white head. Looked good. The aroma was grassy fresh grain with light spiciness. Very drinkable. Refreshing and crisp with a nice light grass/spice hop profile and solid body. Probably their best offering yet. RichJ7 (1175), Cullman, Alabama, USA Apr 22, 2007 Draft. Little on the dark side of golden with a small white head. Lightly grainy malt aroma with some soft, mildy sour hops. Flavor is malty, sweet with a bit of dark spice; a touch of hop bitterness on the end ... mildly acidic. Light-to-medium bodied, smooth on the palate. Not a bad beer at all. mcclenw (36), Stevenson, Alabama, USA Apr 5, 2007 Draft @ Humphrey’s. Pours a nice golden color with a great white head. Pretty good lacing. Aroma is very hoppy (nice). A very light brew and very appealing. Will have again. BeerandBlues2 (3201), Colorado Springs, Colorado, USA Mar 27, 2007 Draught at Humphrey’s Bar and Grille. Pours gold with a spare fizzy white head, mostly diminishing, fair lacing. Aroma is heavy malt (grain, meal), moderate hops (herbs, grass), heavy yeast (sweat) with notes of grape and apple. Light bodied, creamy texture, average carbonation and a metallic finish. Light sweetness, acidity and bitterness; unoffensive grain malt and yeast flavor.
