Cask; Status uncertain.
A light-gold best bitter with a playful citrus character. Light in body as well as colour, much of the floral sharpness and the crisp citrus ‘twang’ stems from the use of Sovereign, the British ‘hedgerow’ hop.

Cask conditioned handpump Malt Shovel Northampton. A golden coloured beer with a whitish head and lacing. A grassy hoppy aroma leads to a reasonable light hoppy taste. Drinkable enough but pretty ordinary.
