Cask at GBBF 2010. A dark golden beer with a thin yellowish head. The aroma is dominated by citrusy hops. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt and citrusy hops, leading to a rather bitter finish.

Cask at the Bree Louise. Pours gold with no head. Some sugar in the nose, ripe fruits and caramel. Poor flavor, bland and watery with a little caramelish sugar. Light bodied and flat. Has a faintly bitter finish, bland still with just nips of sugar. Done.

Clear medium orange color with a small to average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, fruity, light to moderate hoppy, earth notes. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is flat. [20100804]
