COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION Cask, Occasional; Cabarrus Gold is named after a North Carolinian County of Cabarrus, as i remember it was also a dry county too! This ale has a good body to it considering the low ABV. It has Sterling and Apollo Hops added for aroma at the end of the boil.
Cask conditioned at The Red Lion, Cromer, Norfolk. Gold with white head. There is a crisp biscuity body to this beer then a pleasant hoppy, leafy note, refreshing and quite tasty, some lemony notes too. Dry and lasting. Good.
