COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Cask, Occasional;
Cabarrus Gold is named after a North Carolinian County of Cabarrus, as i remember it was also a dry county too! This ale has a good body to it considering the low ABV. It has Sterling and Apollo Hops added for aroma at the end of the boil.

Bottle from Cromer Farm and Health. Pale straw colour. Big, thick, white head. Aroma is light, sweet malt. Light citrus. Weird, gloopy palate, similar to their Citraville. Taste is light dry. Finish is dry and very light bitter. Hmm.

Cask conditioned at The Red Lion, Cromer, Norfolk. Gold with white head. There is a crisp biscuity body to this beer then a pleasant hoppy, leafy note, refreshing and quite tasty, some lemony notes too. Dry and lasting. Good.
