Corked bottle from Beers of Europe, King’s Lynn batch 12121015, bb Aug 2013 Hazy deep blond color with generous head. Light aroma, light coriander, malt, lemon. Good body strength; the mouthfeel is quite round, due to a moderate sweetness; the flavor thou is very simple, with light candy fruitiness and light vegetables (wrong temperature for fermentation/maturation?). Average to low bitterness. It’s forgettable like, for example, the many American attempts at Belgian Ales.

Rather sour, an unpleasant edge. Fruity, a bit cider-like. This is yeast not wholly under control.
