Banana & elderflower are the first impressions you get when pouring a glass of this very light coloured beer. The flavours of ginger subtly awake the palate and then a gentle taste of coriander fills your mouth. This then settles into a beautifully balanced mouthful which clears the palate ready for the next mouthful.
The coriander and parsley flavours of this beer make it the perfect drink to take with a plate full of fresh Cromer Crab or even more exotically Mediterranean Sea food dishes like paella or tapas.
White Dove is a Belgian style White beer with ginger and other spices added at the end of the boiling processs. It has been produced by traditional belgian brewing methods of using unmalted wheat. It is an easy drinking session beer

City of Ale. Yellow with a large frothy head. Lemons, wheat and corriander in the aroma. Light wheat, with a mild bitterness and some tropical fruit. Thin bodied, especially for this style.

Bottle at the Kernel Christmas Tasting, 2011. Thanks be to Nate! Pours clear, pale yellow with a light, white foam head. Sweet dough aroma. Light sweet flavor, some yeast, hay, and dough. Light bodied with huge, unreal carbonation. Like, its hard to keep this stuff in your mouth because the bubbles are so explosive. Finishes lightly bitter, with some sweet dough, pale malts, and mild hay. A very decent UK-made witbier.

500ml bottle at home on 19 June 2011, best before 1 September 2011. Lively condition. Rocky, fluffy white head. Slight spice on the nose but less than Id expect in a Belgian Wit. A bit lemony. More spice in the flavour. Clean and refreshing. British brewers often make a bit of a hash of attempts at wheat beers but this is a decent effort. Could use a little more Belgian character and maybe a little more alcohol.

Bottle. Very cloudy golden beer with a strongish head. The aroma is slightly gingery and citric, and the flavour is dulled citric bitterness. Overall a very average quite dulled flavoured beer.
