Can. A dark golden beer with a nice off-white head. The aroma has notes of hops lending it notes of dust and hay on a malty background. The flavor is sweet with strong notes of malt combined with notes of metal, hay, and fruit, leading to a bitter finish.

Clear yellow with a nice head. Pleasant hoppy aroma with notes of thyme, citrus and hay. Fresh taste with some hay, thyme and a bit more malty feel to it. Nice beer, but as allways it is good publicity to name a beer after a good rock’n roll band.

Can 33 cl. Courtesy of Ungstrup. Lightly sweet malts in the nose. Medium body, sweet malts and sulphur. Dry, hoppy finish. Drinkable but certainly not exciting. 161209

It’s yellow-golden with a creamy and lasting head. The aroma has notes of fruit and butterscotch. The flavor has a light caramel sweetness and notes of fruit, butterscotch and a citrussy dryness towards the finish, that is rather refreshing. It’s a very uncomplicated beer.

Rating #447, can from Fakta

It is always good for the business to name a beer after the nation’s greatest rock band, and as a heavy metal fan I must admit that I had to try the beer, allthough I expected nothing more than a plain all-you-can-drink pale lager. This lager was a bit darker than usual and turned towards being copper-coloured; at the same time bearing a nice head. However, the aroma confronted my bad thoughts that momentarily had sunken into oblivion, when the beer could only present some butter, yeast and malts, which is, to express it decently, not very ostentatious. On the other hand the flavor was quite decent. The beer contained a lot of honeyish notes, a good bunch of maltyness, sweetness and was also quite bitter compared to other pale lagers - in some way there was a kind of a pricking taste / feeling to it, though. Hmm. Medium palate. The better end of pale lagers.

Can @ Liva, Kolding. Pours clear golden with a small off white head. Grain, a bit of butter and grass. The diacetyl in this one I can cope with. Medium bodied. Dry and short end. Fairly drinkable

Clear yellow colour. Small white head. Sweet, malty aroma. Mild, sweet malty flavour. Some odd note? Faintly metallic. Sugar sticky palate and lively carbonation. A little hops in the finish... Dont bother.
