Commercial Description:
English: Ølfabrikken Cream Ale is a nice little thirst quencher brewed with a big quantity oatmeal, which combined with very light carbonation provides the ale with a extra smooth texture. The hops are American Amarillo that leave a fresh, crisp bitterness and notes of ripe abricot. Ølfabrikken Cream Ale is, of course, unpasteurized, unfiltered and bottle conditioned like all of our beers.

Bottle. Pours a pale yellow with a diminishing, white head. Hoppy aroma with an acidic touch. Dry, malty notes in the background. Flavour is hoppy and malty with the same acidic touch as in the aroma. Finish is mostly hoppy with a dry, medium bitterness. An okay beer, but could do without the acidic notes. Otherwise easy to drink. 25-04-08.
