An interesing beer made with Coriander, Apple Juice and Camomile! Hazy gold beer with a crisp dry palate. Nose of vanilla malt. Immediately fruity and floral sweet. The coriander and apple join forces nicely to present nice sweet generic fruits, almost honeyish. Segues nicely to the floral sweetness. End pretty dry. Very tasty and unusual beer.

Sample 10 cl @ Christmas lunch Danish Beer Enthusiasts Randers. Hazy dark golden with a white head. Aroma of light malt, yeast, coriander and seasoning. The taste is sweet and slightly floral, with notes of yeast and korianter.
Lovely and gentle, both in taste and aftertaste, just a beer for my wife.

Overall, this beer has nothing with Christmas beer to do, its more a mix of Belgian wit beer and a monastery beer. Good lady beer at the terrace on a hot summer day. Have a nice foam, but has a very sharp taste of alcohol. Strongly influenced by carbonic acid.

Hazy white yellow coloured beer with average carbonation and a small white head. Sweet vanilla hoppy hinted aorma with some yeasty touches. Full creamy palate. Finish is bitter herby, slightly alcoholic hinted. Dry near the end. Very nice.

Süßlicher Antrunk, deutlich hefig und alkoholisch. Insgesamt aber ausgewogen, stark CO2-haltig. Die Kamille klingt leicht durch, beeinflusst das Bier aber kaum. Hefig bleibend, etwas hellmalzig. Aromatisch, würzig auf hefig-alkoholischer Basis. Im hinteren Bereich wieder leicht süßlich, angenehm, ausgewogen. Stimmiges, aber nicht sehr außergewöhnliches Bier. 9/12/11/11/9/11

Nice dep slightly hazy golden coulored beer, with a thick creamy white head.
Nice sweet aroma, with notes of vanilla, coriander, orange and fruits.
The taste is spicy sweet, with notes of vanilla, peper, coriander and fruit.
A litle bit too mutch alcohol in the aftertaste, but otherwise a fine beer.

0.75 l bottle, thanks Timo A! Deep golden color with particulates. The aroma is tart fruity with almonds, petrol, peach and black currant. The flavor is also tart, fruity and petroly. Very spitzy mouthfeel, not a good drinkability.

Medium coarseish white head. Light amber body. Fruity spicy vanilla aroma with honey, rock sugar and seeds of paradise notes. Complex and harmonic. Dry-sweetish honey and vanilla rock sugar taste with cinnamon and pepper notes. Mild mouthfeel. Light body. Dry herbal mealy spicy aftertaste with caramelly rock sugar notes. Wonderful! Refreshing, drinkable, complex, and interesting. (0.75l bottle, Super Spar, Vejby Strand.)
