Dec 1, 2009 Can. A hazy red beer with a nice off-white head. The aroma has notes of spices - among them coriander, malt, and fruits. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt and quite a lot of fruit as well as some spices - among them coriander, leading to a dry spicy finish. The body is a bit light.

Nov 25, 2009 Bottle. Poured a golden amber with an off-white head. Aroma had a bit of spice but mainly sweet malts. Flavor was quite sweet from the malts and there was not much else to it. A bit thin for a xmas beer.

Nov 24, 2009 Clear amber, with a sweet aroma of grain, caramel and some spice i cant place at the moment. Sweet flavor with notes of grain and oil. Not much of an aftertaste.
