COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
The third beer brewed for our shareholders. The occasion is our annual general meeting. It is a dark ale brewed with orange peel and coriander and fermented with an English yeast. Ølfabrikken Medejerbryg Nr. 3 is, of course, unpasteurized, unfiltered and bottle conditioned like all of our beers.

pivnizub (8763) - Bochum, Porúří, GERMANY - APR 19, 2008
Bottle: Hazy, chestnut-amber coloured with an almost creamy beige head; moderate sweetish toasted-malty nose, backed by some dried fruits; solid sweet-bitter flavour, medium bodied, quite soft MF; fruity (almost liquorice?) traces in the sweet and toasted finish, hops only detectable in the aftertaste. Well quaffable, reminds You a bit of a Porter or a Sweet Stout............

MoritzF (8444) - Bochum, GERMANY - MAR 26, 2008
(swing top bottle, courtesy of Papsoe) Hazy, murky amber colour with a big but not very persistent beige foamy head. Light-sweet and slightly sourish fruity (dried prunes) nose with a slightly toasted malt-character and slightly woody and herbal hops in the background. Light-bitter flavour with a tinge of fruity acidity; medium bodied with a moderate carbonation. Slightly yeasty and toasted cara-malty taste with moderately fruity notes; quite dry, slightly bitter and toasty finish with a light but balancing hops character. Likeable (26.03.08).

[thank you, Myrup]
Pours a great mahogany with a small creamy yellow-beige head. Aroma is sweet, light caramel, hops (albeit American in an ESA). Fine mouthfeel. Good primary flavours, a bit sloppy aftertaste. Sweet, lots of roasted caramel, good dry hoppiness, light ginger and dried fruits.

50 cl bottle, HUGE thanks to Myrup for this - fantastic - shared with Storm, Myrup, BelJohansen, thewolf and faeroeviking. Pours golden and clear amber. Spiced aroma, light clove note. has a subdued caramel malt flavour. Into the dry flavour with a solid caramel malt flavour. Great balance and subdued caramel malt.
