COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
ØLFABRIKKEN PÅSKE ALE (Easter ale) is a amber coloured ale with a caramelly finish, but it is nonetheless refreshing thanks to the citrussy Cascade hops. Its unusually low ABV (for a Easter brew anyway) underscores its usability with traditional Danish Easter food. Ølfabrikken Påske Ale is, of course, unpasteurized, unfiltered and bottle conditioned like all of our beers.

fiulijn (10000) - Como, ITALY - AUG 6, 2007
Draught at Plan B
Cloudy amber color; creamy head. Aroma of fruity hops and sweet caramel. The body isn’t too thick, but there are still some sugars (with malt flavor and candy sweet caramel) to balance the aromatic, fruity hops. Fresh, refreshing and very pleasant.

75 cL bottle. Amber colour with creamy light brown head. Aroma is flowery hops with a touch of caramel malts. Taste starts hoppy, american aroma hops. Blends into a nice sweet caramel maltyness and ends sweet-bitter. Overall mild experience, well balanced.

Tap at Brewpub Cph. Pours a clear dark amber with a yellowish to off white creamy head that ends as a thin film. Aroma has clear character of American hops, and a clear maltyness. Flavours include a complex spice blend, pepper, coriander, perhaps even a touvh of cinnamon. Quite an oily and round mouthfeel. Ends quite bitter and dry. Perhaps the spicyness and bitterness needs a little sweetness to round it of - otherwise a fine brew.

Draught at Lord Nelson. Light unclear red/brown - white head. Sweet malty, ryebread, some coffee & chokolate notes, berries, nice hoppy, light candy. Very nice.
