Pours an unclear yellow colour with a small head. Aroma of sweet ripe apricot, caramel and citrus. Flavour of sweet ripe apricot, caramel, lemon and some bitterness. Medium bodied, slick mouthfeel and a fruity, dry finish. Very well aged after all these years.

2005 vintage, BBE 2010 - Pours light orange with a small foamy head. Aroma of fruits, apricose, malts and earthy notes. Taste of ripe fruits, peach, malts, apricose, spices and malts. Finish has notes of peach, ripe fruits, apricose and malts. Nice, quite fruity and malty tripel.

From a bottle at GBF 2011. Hazy golden with large floaters, and small white head. Yeasty, spicy, and fruity aroma. Medium bodied, soft carbonation. Dry, medium bitterness.

Bottle. Golden colour with an off-white head. Aroma is fruit, malt, sugar, herbs. Flavour is dry, fruit, alcohol, sugar, sweetness, caramel, hop, herbs. Full bodied nice beer.

Bottle, 75cl corked. It pours a clear, golden body under an off-white head leaving lacings. It’s a bit soapy on the nose, with pale malts, white sugar and herbs doing most of the job. Pale malts, fruits and a herbal touch in the flavor. Full-bodied effervescent and slightly warming in the mouth. Overall, a bit too effervescent and waming, but a quite nice beer indeed. 091127

Bottle. Slightly unclear yellow coloured pour with a nice bubbly white head. Spicy peppery aroma with fruity notes - lemons, yeast, hops and dry notes of brett. Dry and fruity flavour with notes of dusty hops, yeast and lemons. Very easy drinkable and refreshing interpretation of a classic tripel. Nice and very tasty.
