Pours a dark chocolate color; light-tan head with fine-bubbled lacing. Lots of honey, bright chocolate (oily, bitter), and citrus acidity in the nose; acidity chocolate. Medium-to-full mouthfeel: chewy dried fruits, bright citrus acidity and bitter chocolate; again, an oddly acidic, chocolatey porter; a bit too much citrus and astringency for my liking, but with a solid milk chocolate, nougaty core. Lengthy finish: acidic citrus bitterness, chocolate, minerals, and nougat.
