Went to tour the winery - didn’t know they made a cider and a mead (which I both like much more than wine). Both the cider and the mead were priced very fairly (Mead: $7.55/Cider: $8.11). The cider poured pale yellow with no head (it’s still-no carbonation). Aroma is of sweet, fresh apples - Taste is semi-dry, like the English ciders, and a little more tart than sweet. Still sweet, but not anywhere nearing cloying. Overall, a pretty good cider made right here in Indiana.

Pours with no head. Sweet apple aroma with little else in it. Very excellent, semi-dry mouth quality. Quite a nice change from the more sweet, popular ciders out there.

Very pale yellow with no head. Perfectly clear and the little carbonation that exists sits on the side of the glass. Mild aroma, some sweetness noticable. First sip gives apples sweetness and a bit of a zing. It leads to a tangy and tart dry finish. I get a hint of what I’ve always thought is yeast character. This is my first cider. I like it. Not sure if it fits the style because I don’t know the true definiton of the cider style.

This was a very good offering of a cider made by a winery. It offered a flavor which represented a myriad of sweetness with a light dry finish. It was very pleasantly scented and basically still (non-carbonated). Very good and wish I would have picked up a second bottle when I had the chance. Only available in Indiana.
