5 AROMA 10/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 10/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 20/20
This is my favorite Cider. I wish it was a little cheaper but it tastes wonderful. Not too sweet, still can taste a beer taste to it, but the fruits come out too.

This is from my girlfriend. **best apple wine ever. Smells amazing and tastes just as good. Very light, crisp and clean. Easy to drink with or without food. At 8% abv, it's impressive all around!**

4.4 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 18/20
One of the best ciders around, bar none. Very clean, fresh apple aroma. Somewhat dry, yet very flavorful. Maybe the best balance between the two extremes you will find. Superb.

Nice looking bottle, I like the stand-out style. Tastes great. Bubbly, not too sweet, crisp. Almost perfect for me. Plus, itís 8% alcohol, so even better!

4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 16/20
500 ml can shaped like a bottle. Clear, pale white-gold color with no head. Aroma is crispy fresh, sweet-n-tart apple with some earthy honey. Taste is the same, with some touches of earthy spiciness, pear and vanilla. Light-medium body has low carbonation, is to the sweet side but still manages to be refreshing, and has only a faint note of the 8% abv.

3.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 16/20
Pours pale yellow and super clear. Apple, spice, pear notes in the aroma but dominated by apples and apple skins. Flavors is white wine, apples finishing slightly sugary but slightly tart. Very slight carbonation is present. Light and crips. Very nice.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 15/20
Pours with no head. Sweet apple aroma with little else in it. Very excellent, semi-dry mouth quality. Quite a nice change from the more sweet, popular ciders out there.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 17/20
Went to tour the winery - didnít know they made a cider and a mead (which I both like much more than wine). Both the cider and the mead were priced very fairly (Mead: $7.55/Cider: $8.11). The cider poured pale yellow with no head (itís still-no carbonation). Aroma is of sweet, fresh apples - Taste is semi-dry, like the English ciders, and a little more tart than sweet. Still sweet, but not anywhere nearing cloying. Overall, a pretty good cider made right here in Indiana.

Bottle. Sour/tart apple aroma. Light yellow color with moderate effervescence. Sweet apple juice and moderate barnyard flavor. Very nice - easy drinking.

Pours a very clear blonde color, basically the color of a chardonnay. The cider has a little bit of head when poured but itís basically still after just a few seconds. The aroma is floral and fruity with mild alcohol notes. Loads of peach and apple with light spices. The aroma is strikingly like a nice pinot grigio. The flavor is very fruity with more apricot and white grape notes than apple flavor. This is strikingly similar to a semi-sweet white wine with light spicy notes and some mild alcohol. I wish this were a little bit drier, but it finishes dry which keeps me drinking it for sure.
Itís really quite good. The packaging is very deceiving on this one; it looks like itís going to be a fizzy over-sweet alcopop. It is absolutely not that in any way whatsoever. This is as close to something I would actually call "Apple Wine" Iíve ever had.
