3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
Pours a very pale yellow. Aromas are lightly floral with nice honey notes. Flavor is sweet and tropical. Wonderful honey. Tones with hints of mango and papaya. Not overly sweet but his is a sweet mead. Light on the tongue and drinkable. This is great stuff.

3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Clear, very pale yellow, no head.
Tropical, mango, honey scent.
Very sweet...mango juice, more of a honey-feel than flavour...
A mild warmth from the alcohol, but not bitter at all.....just super-sweet fruit.
Tastes pretty good, but lacks the body and punch that I prefer in a mead.

2.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
Bottle from TWM Sterling - pours clear orangish, tropical booze on the nose. Almost veers too far on the medicinal alcohol side, but mostly brings it back. It’s drinkable.

3.1 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
75cl bottle - pours clear, pale straw and nothing else. Nose is honey and fruity toe jam. quite sweet. I drink mango/orange juice for breakfast just about morning and I cannot detect mango in this mead. OK overall.

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bottle. Clear yellow pour with no head and very minimal legs. Aroma of honey, bread and tropical fruit. Honey and bread flavor with lots of mango before a cookie-like finish.

2.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20
bottle - Pours clear golden and has an aroma that’s heavy on the mangoes with some honey evident too. The taste is extremely sweet and loaded with mango. The honey is definitely there but takes a back seat to the mango. Alcohol is notable, but mostly it’s a fruity, syrupy sweet drink. Okay, but too sweet.

2.7 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
Pale uncarbonated golden pour with little bits of cork (my bad). Some legs present. Nose is pretty nice, some honey, citrus fruit notes, almost some ginger, but fairly medicinal with alcohol. Weakly flowery, certainly the aromas aren’t covering up the alcohol. Taste is fairly sweet, somewhat tart. Palate is somewhat thin, oily yet dry on the end with quite a bit of warmth on the way down. A strange twangy aftertaste persists. Is it from the mango? I don’t know. Add a clear carbonated beverage for an easy to drink spritzer. I’d rather have a cleaner more prominent honey tone with less of the other stuff. Ok.

3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Pours very pale, looks like white wine, no legs with a swirl, just a quick ring. Aroma is nice with honey peach and mango. Flavor is booze, honey,, and honey, kind of a dry finish, abv is noticeable, thin body. This taste good but like others have said, not a good mead

3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
A few ounces from a 750 mL bottle, rightfully belonging to my roommate. It pours an extremely pale straw color; a swirl leaves a ring at the top but quickly falling legs. The aroma is semi-sweet and very fruity with a very light honey and mango, orange, and strawberry notes. The flavor is surprisingly nice. Honey dominates, making me more comfortable in classifying this as a mead. There is a little bit of a harshness to the honey, something perhaps a little age would mellow out. The sweetness isn’t overwhelming, though, perhaps cut by that harsh edge. The mango flavor comes mid-palate, obvious, but staying mostly in the background. There is an odd sour touch to the otherwise semi-sweet finish that I find very pleasant. This is easy to drink and is a decent fruit wine. However, I judge meads by their ability to retain the nuance of varietal honeys, and this one lacks in that department entirely. Good wine. Poor mead.
