COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Brewed in collaboration with Williams Bros. Brewery of Alloa, Scotland and our favorite gypsy brewer Brian Strumke of Stillwater Artisanl. Brewed with a base of UK Golden Promise Malt, gently bittered with Kent Goldings and with fresh Scottish heather, and sweet gale. Fermented with a blend of Saison yeasts.

Cask at Churchkey in DC. Pours a slightly brassy clear gold without much carbonation. Nose of grass and earth, some light fruits, English hops, and yeasty notes. Slight pepper/herbal spice. Surprisingly crisp and refreshing. Really enjoyed this one.

Cask. Hazy golden color, small white head. Aroma of summer fruit. Taste is bitter citrus and fruit.

Tap. Pours clear copper with thin, creamy white head; short retention and spare lacing. Aroma is bread and cereal malts, lemon, grassy hops, straw, and light sugar. Flavor is lightly sweet malts, grassy hops, floral notes, spice and candy sugar; dry finish. Medium body and low carbonation.

Tap. Pours clear amber with a medium, creamy off-white head, short retention with light lacing. Aroma is flowers, spices of pepper and heather, biscuit malt and light fruity esters. Flavor is malt forward with medium spices, light fruity esters, and a sweet finish. Medium body and carbonation.
