Backlog rating on 10-20-2012 at Fort Wayne RateBeer Gathering (Bottle) The aroma is pears and sweet. The flavor is water and pears. This Perry is light bodied. There is very little character to the Perry and thus it is very bland and boring to drink and rate. It is a Perry I do not recommend and hence a Perry I have no interest in drinking again.

Sampled at Ft Wayne RB tasting - This brew features a rich pear aroma. The flavor is sweet and watery. It has a light, thin body, no carbonation (intentionally a still perry or not?), and overall is just okay.

Pale gold color out of the bottle. Still. Nose of sweet pears. This is a thin drink with water as a flavor. Pears, wet oak and tart apple flavors. Not very interesting.

This bottled brew from a rating party poured a very small sized head of frothy clear colored bubbles that were and left behind a uncarbonated transparent light yellow colored body. The mild aroma was green apple. The dry flat mouth feel was weakly tingly at the start and at the finish. The flavor contained notes of pear and dry. An OK brew just nothing special.

Pours a very flat golden color, not lively at all, no head... Aroma is of delicate pears, a little tart, subdued, but nice... Flavors are very subdued, a little tart, very flat... Couldnt get over how uncarbonated this was...

Bottle shared by bhensonb. Pours clear yellow with a strong pear aroma and no head. There is a light fruity flavor with a dry finish. Subtle and refreshing.
