On draft at DC Beer Festival. Poured a pink color with a pretty pink hued color. Aroma is strong notes of floral notes, perhaps some kind of slight sweetness in there, but not really capturing the cherries in this one. This one is pretty weak unfortunately. Flavor is a bit like light perfume, not much else outside the floral notes.

Tap at RFD. Pours a clear brown with no head (bad pour). Light cherry juicy juice and crystal malt aroma. Taste is mild piney hops- not much else. This was served right next to an India Brown Ale and I could not tell the difference whatsoever. Slightly more cherry presence- but I would not have really been looking for it if the name was not Cherry Blossom ale.

I just don’t taste the cherries. It says that cherries are in there, but where the hell are they. I didn’t notice cherries in the nose or the flavor. It did appear reddish/pink but where the hell are the cherries?
