Reviewed from notes. On tap at Victoria Gastropub. Pours a moderate ruby amber color with a slight head. A bit of lacing. Nose is slight cherry with caramel and a bit of sweet malt The taste brings some very light hops as well as cherries. Light toffee and malt. Light feel with good carbonation. Drinks well and is a nice, sessionable brew. Serving type: on-tap Reviewed on: 11-03-2010

Cask at Pizzeria Paradiso. Copper color, thick white head, massive lacing. No detectable aroma. Taste has a slight, very slight edge of cherry, and not much else. Very thin and watery. Drain pour. Sorry.

Tap at RFD. Pours a clear brown with no head (bad pour). Light cherry juicy juice and crystal malt aroma. Taste is mild piney hops- not much else. This was served right next to an India Brown Ale and I could not tell the difference whatsoever. Slightly more cherry presence- but I would not have really been looking for it if the name was not Cherry Blossom ale.

I just donít taste the cherries. It says that cherries are in there, but where the hell are they. I didnít notice cherries in the nose or the flavor. It did appear reddish/pink but where the hell are the cherries?

TAP: Ruby red pour. Musty cherry nose. Wheat and cherry on taste, not overpowering, and not overly tart. Very enjoyable brew.

Very light and refreshing. Pours almost red with a thin head. Aroma is cherries. flavor is tart with a hint of cherries, more subtle than the aroma would indicate. Crisp and clean finish. Great for those hot days.

Sampled at Maxís American Beer Fest. Pours a transparent ruby red with a whispy head. Musty aroma, slight fruit. Flavor tastes like cherry extract, slightly metallic, buttery with some sweet tarts. Buttery on the tongue, medium bodied. This wasnít great.

12oz pours medium ruby color with an aggressive carbonation. Sweet aroma and body but no discernible cherry. Medium body with alot of caramel. Drying effect at the swallow. Not bad.

Served somewhat warm, though I don?t know if that was the intention. Beautiful reddish brown. Very cherry but it was more mellow than most. A solid beer.

Amazing Cherry beer. Has a wonderful reddish color with a nice cherry aroma. Very smooth, some foamy head, cherry flavor was balanced just right, not artificial(like Cherry Wheat) or overpowering, and had a nice sweetness that lingered on the tongue. Excellent beer!
