4.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 19/20
500ml bottle from Olivers Farm Shop. Dry, fresh taste, medium sweet. Well balanced, accessible yet rich and full flavoured. Probably one of the best perrys out there. Seriously good.

3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
500 ml bottle. Slightly foggy and pear colored with a small ring of bubbles. Earthy apple, pear and butterscotch aromas. Tastes of lightly tart earthy pears and apples; maybe some grape must and vanilla as well. Light body has above average carbonation and finishes tingly and dryish with some nice touches of acidity.

3.2 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Very pale yellow, loose, fragile head. Smell like pears and melon. Taste is subtle pear, honydew, some peculiar spicy notes. I enjoyed this more than I expected to.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Sampled at the 2013 Chicago Cider Summit. Pours a clear yellowish gold with no visible carbonation or head. Aroma has a combination of sweet and tart pear. Flavor is much more musty with pear and has a bit of sweetness that comes out in the finish.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Draft pour on tap at Cider Summit 2013 (Navy Pier, Chicago, IL). Pours a richly pale mellow melon green champagne hue. Richly carbonated, no head. Gentle haze and glow is rich. Aromas are pear, mellow dry sweetness, champagne yeast and mellow dryness. Initial is dry and light and champagney. Pear sweetness, mellow dry elements, touch of white grape. Middle is dry and light in body, easily quaffable, well carbonated. Backend dry and bubbly, gentle pear. Simple yet pretty tasty.

1.9 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 1/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 8/20
Bottled. Poured water-like with just a little golden tint to it. The aroma picked up semi-sweet pear and apple meat with a touch of oak.. light soapy accents.. not much to it. The flavor found tart pear skins, oak, and prickly carbonation throughout.. not much meat or substance to it.. light floral yeast and more fruit on the quick, tart finish. Light-bodied and watery on the palate.. carbonation was a bit sharp.. meh.

2.4 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 9/20
Bottle poured at CiderDays 2012. A wet, sweet mess. Cleaner, but bland and lacking a real punch of pear or anything to draw my attention. The acidity feels artificial and brazen.

1.9 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 1/5 OVERALL 7/20
Bottle from app vintner - boring. Aroma is of green apples or rather pears, since this is a perry. There is some barnyard funk happening. Taste is sweet like watered down apple cores with some metallic notes. Finishes a touch dry. Very one note. Iíve yet to have a perry that Iíve liked, so another disappointment for team perry.

2.7 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 9/20
Bottle @ home, picked up at Wilburís Foco. Very light whitish yellow appearance with a white head that dissipates quickly. Caramel, light butterscotch, pear, apple, vanilla aroma. Tangy, somewhat tart, butterscotch, dull pear flavor. Tastes a bit off but not all that bad.
