Tap. Pours clear brown/copper with bourbon, oak, bread and caramel malts, dates, strawberries, and light spice. Flavor is sweet malts forward with bourbon and oak throughout along with some light fruit esters and some good floral hops adding a touch of bitterness; dry finish. Medium body and low carbonation.

Cask at Max’s Taphouse. Pours clear tawny with a small, fizzy off-white head, short retention with spare lacing. Aroma is bourbon / whiskey with oak, vanilla, caramel and cookie malt with dates and plums. Flavor is malt dominant with medium hops and bitterness, spicy alcohol and a dry finish. Full body and medium carbonation.
