On draught at the Wharf Rat, Baltimore 5/12/2012. Deep amber with a slight white head. Sweetish, caramel and berry fruits, with some hedgerow hops and moderately bitter finish. Ok.

hazy brown-amber, good lacing but low white island for head. Dusty Nose is earth, mushroom, bit vegetal. Soft Flavor is dusty and grainy, soft body becoming the light profile, hints of chocolate. Almost a mild, like the softness.

Tap at Pratt St Alehouse. Pours a clear tea amber. Decent to weak head. Good lace. Muted biscuit and toffee nose. Taste is vegetal and astringent. Tree bark and chemical bitterness. Not sure what is up with their beers.

Tap at PSA. Pours clear amber with a small, fizzy off-white head, short retention with spare lacing. Aroma is cookie and biscuit malt, fruity esters and light earthy hops. Flavor is malt dominant with light esters and hops, medium to light bitterness and a sweet finish. Light body and warmth with medium carbonation.

Tap. Pours clear brown with thin, creamy beige head; short retention and spare lacing. Aroma is caramel malt, dark fruit, grassy hops, and some light oak. Flavor is sweet malt forward, light hops, and medium fruit esters; semi-dry finish. Light body and warmth with medium carbonation.

Not a bad red, nice color and head on pour. Taste was average, but not a bad red for a local!

Cask at Paradiso Dupont. Clear brown color, tab head, solid lacing. Aroma of light grass. Taste is malty, but slight bitter finish. Average.

Draft @ The Wharf Rat, Baltimore, MD. Pours a clear amber color with a small off-white head. Has a fruity malty caramel aroma. Sweetish malty caramel flavor with yeasty hints. Has a fruity malty caramel finish.

Copper, white cover. Aroma is buttery, candy. Taste is sweet, candy, toast.
