Cask at the source. Pours clear dark brown to black with a large, creamy tan head, long retention with good lacing. Aroma is light chocolate and roast malt with light vanilla notes and dark fruity esters. Flavor is vanilla and light chocolate malt with dark fruity esters and a dry finish. Light body and medium carbonation.

With Tim. Cask at Pratt Street Ale House. Sour fruity flavor and smell. Slightly foamy. Lasting taste, not my favorite.

Cask. Pours dark prown with average, creamy beige head; good retention and spare lacing. Aroma is muted with some roasted and caramel malts, vanilla, earthy hops, and plums. Flavor is roast malt, vanilla, dark fruit esters, and faint hops; smooth throughout and finishes lightly sweet. Light body and low carbonation.
