3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
On tap at Max’s, Baltimore. Thick, sludgy pour which I could almost believe has an oily consistency from the chilis. Thick head with tons of roasted malts and campfire in the nose. Big velvety mouthfeel with a nicely gritty back ened. A fine smoked porter, but I think the chiles could be more assertive to give it a bit more distinction from other entries.
