3.7 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
UPDATED: DEC 3, 2013 For summers drink this would perhaps be a thirst extinguisher, nice, balanced, enough hops, good complexity and mostly recalls grapefruit from sweetness to bitter.
Still the very first impression was "More Simcoe hops!!!", since this is almost winter and although I admire this beer, it would only compete with the best when having a stronger character.

Bottle, batch 022, drinkshop. Orange, unfiltered. Pretty nice fruity lush nose- stone fruits, ripe nice, some limy citrus. A good deal of yeastyness as well. Feels nice though, alive. Soft, nicely bittered medium full body. Caramels, lots of citrus flavour. Decent US pale. Has a lot of homebrewyness going on.

Taste is smooth, hoppy and tropical fruity with some stuffy maltiness, sweet caramel and toffee notes. Finish is malty, sweet and fruity with some juicy hoppiness. Okay, a bit too malty and stuffy but nicely hopped.

3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 12/20
Drinkable and nice. Too small for me :). Lacing stays. Roasted. Mildly hopped, but can feel the bitter aftertaste. Floating yeast. On the bottle it is American pale ale, here it is called IPA. In UK definitely IPA. Would like to drink it more.

Served in a bar. Foam dissipates quickly. Taste is good, fruity, easy to drink. Hops are a bit dank. A heavy pale ale.
