Clear medium yellow orange colour with a average, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted - caramel, pale malt, light hoppy. Flavour is light moderate sweet and light light bitter with a long duration, pale malt, malty, thin. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20130522]

04-SEP-2013, draft @Ølsnedkeren. Clear yellow with low white head. Hoppy but weak aroma with toasted malt and herbs. Taset the same with a little mineral touch. Not pilsner fresh but a hint of ale-like sweetness. Highly carbonated and watery. Not my cup...

Draught, 4.6%, at the brewpub. Fruity and dusty hoppiness. Almost clear yellow colour. Stable chalk white head. The flavour is dusty with a good light malt note, white bread and hay. Clean bitterness. A good pils.

Tap @ the brewery. Pours hazy yellow with a small, creamy, white head. Aroma has herbal notes, apple, bog myrtle, liqourice. Medium to low carbonation, rather thin and dry mouthfeel. Flavour is dry, bitter, herbal, soft buttery. Not very good.

Draught at the brewpub. Solid lacing down the glass from a firm, white head. Close to clear amber-gold body. Hints of caramel malts to the nose. Pale malty taste joined by a touch of wheat and grassy hops. Subdued bittersweet ending. Ok (Copenhagen, 22.05.2013).

Chopp. Unclear golden, small white head. Mild aroma: Corn like, bit sweet light maltiness. Thin mouthfeel. Flavour is lightly sweet with corn, ligh mild fruit and light malt. Mild indeed.
