Bottle courtesy of n,an08, thanks! Cloudynpale yellow color, almost flat. Aroma of sour stone fruit. Taste is slightly sour and dusty apricots and peaches.

750mL thanks to nmann08. Pours a low haze golden. No real head formation. Nose is mildly funky, mild white vinegar, thick honey, fresh rhubarb/strawberry. As it warms, heavy acetic acid takes over. Taste is thicker honey, some odd white vinegar, sharply spicy and sour acetic acid/vinegar. Odd combination: vinegar, honey, rhubarb.

This was a big disappointment. The description and idea behind the beer sounded like it would be right up my alley but it fell flat. We put this beer aside at our tasting and came back to it an hour later. The warmth really helped it out and that's why my rating is over three. As it warms you finally get some nice rhubarb flavor that doesn't seem artificial.

Pours cloudy marmalade with a healthy orange glow. No head to speak of. Nose- definitely can notice the rhubarb but also mixed with a strange almost solvent like smell. Taste- juicy rhubarb on the forefront that gets the mouth watering with a lactic like property, followed by honey and biscuit. Not much depth to the base beer. On the plus side, not boozy at all but outside of the nice rhubarb, there’s not much to this beer. Carbonation quite low for style. Has potential just not quite there.

Bright orange and opaque, almost like juice. Very low carbonation. The aroma has berry and sweet honey. Unusual flavor with the rhubarb and sweet malt but mild sourness in the finish, adding complexity to this beer.

750mL not sure what to think of this, its a cloudy beer for sure, and a lighter orange color but the taste is sharp and tart with grapefruit notes underneath a sharp bitterness strikes with each sip.

Cloudy amber color with virtually no head. Strong sour apple, champagne, caramel and bread aromas. Medium sweet and bitter, but the sour flavor is the most noticeable. Medium body, with an oily feel.

Pour out of 750 mL bottle, hazy orange pour with thin white head, aroma brought notes of caramel, tart fruits, rhubarb, some apricot, peach, pear, some earthy tones. Taste is slight tart, rhubarb/celery notes, nice sour apricot and peach, nice lemon, finishing sweet, dry, slightly funky and tart. Nice!

Bottle pours a hazy golden with no head. Aroma of fresh rhubarb and honey with a slight yeast spice. Digging the rhubarb flavor here, reminds me of biting into it fresh from my parents garden. Tart rhubarb up from with honey finishing slightly bitter with some spice. Really nice, I prefer this over the normal Auroch.

750 corked and caged big thanks to Matt! Bottle opened with little fuss and the pour has a dark golden color with a thin cap of white bubbles. Aroma has light acidity, honey sweetness, flowers, real rhubarb, and a light bitter twang in the back. Mouth feel is medium but surprisingly thick for a sour beer and there is steady gentle carbonation. Flavor is where the rhubarb really jumped right out and the honey lends a fullness that gives the illusion of drinking pureed rhubarb. There is a nice tartness more than a heavy sour and mixing it up with the honey makes for a very interesting flavor collision that mixes with some yeasty flavors. I am reminded of mangoes while drinking it as some fruity bits emerge as it warms. One of the most interesting beers I have ever had.
