Enjoyed via a bottle from 1st Street Liquor in St. Paul, Minnesota. Pours a cloudy gold with a lacy white head. The aroma is effervescent and sour with hints of tangerine and biscuits. The taste is tingly on the tongue and tastes like a honey biscuit with tart marmalade. The texture is like melted butter and silky smooth on the finish with a sweet and sour aftertaste. Hints of rhubarb. Very easy drinking for 10% and just delicious. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

750 ml bottle shared by huhzubendah, thanks Matt. Pours a translucent orange color with single bubbles lining the rim. Aroma is nice: Brett and lacto notes give the illusion of this being a sour. Grapefruit, rhubarb and mild honey as well. Flavor is solid: grapefruit tang with hint of vegetal rhubarb upfront, honey sweetness along the middle, and tangy strawberry rhubarb pie in the finish. Very sweet, but not unpleasant. Syrupy thin mouthfeel, mild carbonation.

Pours a super hazy blonde with practically no head, but whatís there does manage to leave a little bit of lacing on the glass.

The aroma is floral and honey like, not unlike mead in a way. Itís sweet smelling but not overwhelmingly so and has a nice expression of tart fruit.

The flavor is oddly spicy with lots of nice tart rhubarb flavor & some honey sweetness. Nicely fruit forward, bright but at the same time sort of heavy... getís a little happy with alcohol flavor at moments, but I wouldnít say itís hot or boozy.

I sort of think this one would be considerably better if the carbonation was more snappy... not often that a mouthfeel keeps a beer from greatness, but in this case I feel like it needed more liveliness... but itís really really tasty beer.

750ml bottle. Hazy, glowing orange-tan. Foamy, patchy head. Pungent apricot, persimmon, and rhubarb aroma. A very tasty beer, mellow on the palate..has a mead-like feel at times. Tangy finish. Interesting beer, well executed, quality product.

Nice rhubarb tartness up front with some hint and strawberry. There is a sweetness that borders on cloying and a thick mouthfeel that is the only thing that takes away from what is otherwise a great beer. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle:   Thick amber, a bit fiery and hazy, small sudsy off-white head, little lacing.   Solid Rhubarb nose, both sweet and tart, but mostely tart.   Sweet Rhubarb up front, quickly turning very tart (almost sour) on the backside.   I am so used to this flavor being accompanied by Strawberries, from my moms desserts, but this one lives up to its description "brewed with honey with rhubarb added".   Body and mouthfeel are moderate.   Body and mouthfeel are moderate.   Finishes with a slightly sweet Rhubarb, along with some honey.   Really surprised this is 10%!   A little weird, but also very respectable for something so different.   Thanks Bob!

Golden. Slightly tart aroma. Weird sweetness doesnít go well with the rhubarb. Really hate this.

750mL bottle. Poured clear, brighter orange with a short-lived white head. The aroma picked up apple cider and rhubarb sourness plus peppery notes over sweet honey and some berries.. warmer honey and earthy notes emerged as it warmed.. smelled like it was going to be quite sour. The flavor found sweet honey, vanilla, and raspberry at the core, with vinegary notes, cloves, and a touch of metal around.. picked up a lot of tasty rhubarb on the long, dry, belly-warming finish. Medium-plus bodied and quite sour on the palate.. very dry too.. there was a whole helluva lot going on, and a lot of it was really good, but Iím on the fence about whether it worked for me.
