COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

Bottle from Meny Oslo City enjoyed at home
A slow gusher. Orange, quite hazy, big beige head which is quite noicy! Smell of light malts, faint hops, distinct yeast esters and some faint spices. Moderate sweet, super fruity, yeast character, a touch of smoke, hints of spices. Moderate bitter finish. A bit strange; maybe a bit too yeasty; also not all that exciting

28.03.2014, 0,5l bottle @ home:
Big slightly bubbly longlasting head, very muddy color. Aroma is slightly fresh yeasty, citrus, wet grain, hay, light malts, weeds, yeast, flowers. Taste is dry and harsh, hay, yeast, almond essence, weeds, citrus peel, wet grain, soap. Medium bitterness, very high carbonation. Drain pour!

tfredvik (1077) - Oslo, NORWAY - SEP 18, 2012
Medium yellow, cloudy and dirty-looking body. Large, white and somewhat creamy head that leaves some frothy remnants on the glass. The head never gets smaller than a healthy layer. Strong and very pleasant aroma: crisp, spicy, dusty, citric, yeasty and sweet with fruits, but not that much banana. Light sweet taste hand in hand with a light acidity that is further enhanced by distinct lemony flavours. There is also a quite in-your-face stinging perfume-like moderate bitterness in the finish (that actually is quite pleasant). Additional flavours of yeast and spices. Quite dry mouthfeel and a bit light body. The lively carbonation is the final touch that makes this a very refreshing and crisp beer. Good stuff!
