0.8 AROMA 1/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 1/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 2/20
THIS is probably the worst Finnish beer available. With its vague bio-diesel "aroma", rotten egg taste and aftertaste of something which has been lying in my biowaste all too long, it’s a new bottom for the finnish beer industry. Almost unbeleivable.

2.1 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 8/20
UPDATED: JUL 18, 2014 Sandels is a light yellow beer with a quite thin head. Aroma is light and malty but quite nice, also grass. The taste has malts, some bitterness that is quite smooth, some sweetness. Light bodied, medium carbonation. Sandels is not a special beer but positively, a smooth lager without mistakes.

1.8 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 6/20
Standard macro lager with little distinction. Medium straw colour with a floppy, foamy, white head. Timid aroma of malt, grain and corn. Slim grassy edge to it. Watery flavour, a little on the sweet side, grainy, finishes a grassy, peppery and quickly. Light bodied with a watery texture that gets sticky sometimes and fizzy carbonation. Several 33cl cans down the gullet.

1.3 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 1/5 OVERALL 4/20
UPDATED: JAN 1, 2008 Light lager appearance, and a taste to match. Very drying on the mouth, but not due to a recognisable bitterness. Unusually for a Finish light lager, this actually has traces of nasty still left in it. Avoid.
