3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bottle. Hazy weizen appearance with a thin head. Mild coriander spice and fruit peel with light phenols. Sweet, a bit tart with a light body, low bitterness and a growing chamomile tea character. Mildly salivating acidity. Quite good with no noticeable flaws and all of the components seem well-expressed and well-matched.

Not very stable taste. There was some for me unidentifiable aftertaste. After this was recommended to me it has been a real disappointment.

2.7 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
UPDATED: AUG 12, 2013 The first beer sampled at a tasting at Ölvisholt brewery. Although I´ve had this beer before, the taste was in some ways not as good as I had remembered, maybe because it came straight from the brewing container. Just your average wheat ale with a light taste.
