Bottle. It pours a slightly hazy, golden body under a small, off-white head. The aroma has grapefruit, pinecones and malty sweetness in a delicious blend. What the aroma started, the flavor continues, but maybe a bit on the sweet side, still with a fine grapefruit and pinecones hop profile. Nice bitterness in the rather sweet finish. Medium to full body and nice carbonation. Easy drinkable and quite refreshing, but sweeter than wished for. (090327)

(bottle) clear honey amber, small white head; aroma of plums, honey; flavour a total let down and disconnected from the aroma - mineral, dry, pretty simple, with long light bitter finish

Well I know I can’t pronounce it, that’s for sure, I’m worry if I did I might bring down the wrath of Loki anyway so it’s probably for the best. Redish rust coloured pour with a non-distinct head. Grassy, hoppy and just slightly nutty nose. Very dry. Subtle. Low carbonation. A bit yeasty. Not as strong a hops taste as I expected from the nose. Easy to drink. Slightly nutty after taste.

Bottle. Golden/amber pour, thin white head. Aroma is yeast, grassy and toffee notes. Taste is sweet up front with salty mineral bitterness on a long finish. Decent. Not complex. Not very memorable.

From the bottle, nice amber straw like colour with a nice soft white head. Aroma, carries a bit of grass, hay, even a touch of vanilla. Very refreshing on the palate, subtle caramel sweetness is present. Good beer. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

500ml from the LCBO. Pours a golden colour with a reddish tint where the glass is thicker. Smells sweet with a bit of a hoppy citrus undertone, maybe a hint of barnyard. The look is fantastic, soft bubbles coming up continually forming a thin head that dissipates quickly. Palate is a bit oily with soft carbonation that cuts through the oiliness a bit. The taste is amazing. Some malty sweetness mixes and balances some bitterness of the hops leaving a very full tasting lager. Excellent and quite drinkable.

Golden yellow, frothy white head. Aroma comes through strongly even while pouring, no need to search for it here. Cereal grains on the nose. Light sparking carbonation to the eye. Sweet, slightly acidic taste that finishes smoothly and lingers with a hint of apple. Leaves an oily residue on the palate and has lively carbonation. One of the best lagers on my resume, I think.

Generous sample from tap at Bunkerbeer, Copenhagen. Golden colour with a frothy, white head. Malts and hops in the aroma with notes of grass, toffee, grapefruit and citrus. Fruity taste with caramel malts, grasses, hay, citrus, and a whiff of honey. Medium body, average carbonation. Well made and yummy premium lager. Nice one.

A very interesting Lager. Definitely one of the better ones I’ve tried. Shared with Northopfrye. Aromas of fresh cut wheat - also some sweetness on the palate reminiscent of honey. I would definitely make this a regular in my fridge.
