tmlalltheway (26), Canada May 20, 2007 Nothing spectacular by all means. Its a very cheap beer but it needs to be. Plain taste, no aroma, but its better than nothing.
daknole (644), Plantation, Florida, USA Aug 16, 2008 Can. Pours a yellow with a bit of a whitish head. Smells like a macro and tastes like one too. I would have liked this when I was at THE Florida State University...today, not so much! italianjohn (72), Bensalem, Pennsylvania, USA Aug 11, 2008 Had this in a can at a bar in Fremont section of Seattle.... Well the It’s the Water tells you why this beer tastes horrible .... just watery and very blah it went well with the burger i had though so i had three so i won’t down it for its poundability rkuhnel (1064), Eureka, California, USA Aug 10, 2008 While my main goal on this Midwestern trip is to sample as many great beers from the region as possible, once in a while you need to try something you ordinarily would pass over. Picked up at liquor store here in Fort Wayne along with some good looking brews I will try later on this trip, this can reminded me of my youth when this was one of the "big" beers we all used to drink. As they say "its the water", and yep that what it is. About as bland a beer can get. Light yellow, no head and so no lacing. Mouthfeel is very light, and the flavor is of corn. No finish. The only good thing is that there were no offensive flavors so it actually is on a par with bottled water, and costs about the same here in Indiana. marcus (966), Sacramento, California, USA Aug 8, 2008 I’m glad that "it’s the water," since that’s about all I can taste. I used to drink Oly when I was young and poor (c’mon now, that was less than 110 years ago.) Fortunately, I don’t have to any more. Clear yellow, disappearing head, slight evidence of malt and hops. RevZombie666 (14), Washington, Washington DC, USA Aug 7, 2008 All gut rot should taste this good. Buy a case, throw it in a snowdrift and enjoy it after a day of skiing.
