Aroma: picking up some nice biscuit and sweet caramel character in the aroma,
Flavor: rich bready malt flavor with catamel sweetness, still lots of hop flavor, long fuggely finish,
Overall: two days after the growler was originally opened it still shows most the original hop character but allows some more of the great malt to come through,

hopdog (4525), Lansdale, Pennsylvania, USA Feb 9, 2008 Growler acquired in trade with riversideAK (thanks!). Poured a darker orangish color with a small sized off white head. Aromas of citrus, some floral hops and some caramel. Tastes of caramel, citrus, and I’m getting a little sweet fruitiness. jcwattsrugger (3805), Florida and, New Jersey, USA Jan 15, 2008 on tap-pours an off white head that laces and dark gold color. Aroma is nice (cascade, simcoe) sweet citrus hops. Taste is nice (cascade, simcoe) sweet citrus hops, secondary medium malt. OK/mild carbonation. Dogbrick (2209), Columbus, Ohio, USA May 13, 2008 Sample at the brewpub. This IPA pours a mostly clear orange color with a thin beige head that disappears fairly quickly. Top ring of lacing with spots underneath. Aroma of citrusy hops and bready malt. Medium-bodied and moderately bitter with flavors of hops, citrus and a caramel malt underscore. The finish is somewhat hoppy and lingers awhile. Decent overall. BeerLimey (1875), California, USA Jul 20, 2005 Clear orangey hue. Citrussy, lemon hop aroma. Lemony citrus palate, fairly spicy bitter finish.
