3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20
Bottle, bought from Bruisin Ales in Asheville. Pours a pale golden with a voluminous white head, like whipped cream that linger and lingers. Aroma is grainy and bready with a touch of woody/earth hops (Hersbrucker or Spalt?). Taste is gry grainy malts, some sweetness in the background and a nice tang of hoppiness. Medium light in the body, clean, long dry finish. Nice beer.

2.7 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 11/20
22oz bottle from beer study. Bottled 11.16.12. Pours a fairly clear yellow straw color with light carbonation and minimal white lace. Nose is toast, biscuit, cereal, light grass, plastics, diacetyl, grainy. Flavor is lightly bitter, lightly sweet--some cereal and light vegetal notes, two day old mowed grass, and ends sweet with spoiled veggies and oaky Granny Smith apples. Diacetyl comes on heavier as it warms and breathes a bit. Too bad.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
$4 bomber from Bruisin’ Ales in Asheville. Pours light bright, ever-so-slightly hazy gold with a decent white head and a bit of lacing. Nose is pilsner hops, grassy and a bit grainy/corny. Taste adds a bit of weird plastic but mostly a solid light beer.

2.5 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20
Bomber as a bonus in a trade. Straw yellow with limited white head. Sweet, lots of fruit, grain, some malt. Low carbonation, mild body, slightly dry with a very slight bitterness and some sweet malt.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 10/20
APPEARANCE: Yellow with a rapidly depleting white head and some lacing observed. AROMA: I smell cereal. TASTE: To me, there is a strong cereal quality to the taste and it carries over in the aftertaste. MOUTHFEEL: Medium
OVERALL: I liked this taste - not exactly what I expected from a Pils but good anyway.

2.2 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 1/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 1/5 OVERALL 10/20
My bottle might have been a little old, but this did nothing for me. Light yellow in color, no nose, barely noticably malt and hops in the palate. About the same flavor as a generic light beer. Slightly more flavor and about the same carbonation as club soda.

3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Multiple bombers of this. Pours out a yellowish color with a white head on it. Smell is fruity and has a good amount of straw and grass in it. Taste smooth with a nice bitterness. Pretty good beer; but the warmer it gets the worse it gets...so drink this one cold.
