4.1 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
650l bottle. Bottled 11.04. 11.
It pours a beautiful clear gold with a big white head.
It really smells like it came from Germany. It has a bit extra yeast and American water smell but other than that it is pretty close. The hops are done right.
It is a nice Bavarian-styled brew. Perhaps slightly hardier in maltiness than the average but with a beautiful noble hop flavor. The sweetness definitely gets more noticeable as it goes, but still a good one.
A true German styled pilsener.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
On tap @ OMB. Pours a touch hazy golden appearance with a white head. Lot of Pils malt. Dry. Herbal. Cracker. Lightly to moderately spicy hops. Some lemon in the flavor. Grassy and a touch chewy. Mostly dry. Herbal / earthy hops on the finish. I’m not getting much of any residual sugar. Quite dry. Solid.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
I found this to be quite the enjoyable Pilsner, which seems to be underappreciated based on prior reviews. Enjoyed a fresh bottle of this at home, this beer pours a nice golden straw color with nice white frothy foam and lacing. Aroma is a rich grainy malt flavor with a slight straw/grassy hoppiness. The taste is likewise a full-flavored pale malt and grain with some slight noble hops in the finish. Medium bodied but very quaffable. Pleasant sweet malty aftertaste. Exceedingly fresh, a distinctly malt-centric Pilsner, with just enough hops to stay true to the style. Well done.
