2.2 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 6/20
Bottle @ home, picked up at Boulder Liquor Mart. Clear, light yellow appearance with a white head. Twangy, lemon, guava, herbal, grassy nose. Light body. Moderate bitterness. Low sweetness. Tangy and tart. Bready, dull, lifeless flavor with just a little spice. Not as good as some of the other Omission releases.

3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 11/20
Bottle from Trader Joe’s. Hazy medium golden in color. Very bready nose with virtually no hoppiness. Dry hoppy flavors with a bit of an earthy or bready background. Pretty decent for a gluten free brew.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bottle. Pours a clear light gold body with a one finger fizzy white head that actually had pretty decent retention. The nose is much better than I expected as well, there’s a light sweetness under the hops, but there’s quite a nice hop presence to this. Bright and citrusy, rather fresh smelling. The flavor has a fair amount of hops and bitterness as well, and there’s really not much sweetness to this at all. This is by far the best gluten free beer that I’ve had to date. I always wondered why they never made a gluten free beer that was loaded with hops to cover up the sweetness. Light bodied with fizzy carbonation and a crisp finish. Pretty good stuff.

3.6 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
Pine taste and bitter right off the bat. Stays consistent throughout which is nice. Truely GF? On the bottle it says "the gluten content of this product cannot be verified and this product may contain gluten". This is likely the secret why it’s such a tasty GF beer hehe

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
12 ounce bottle from Hayduke. We had it together via facebook chat. This beer is clear honey gold with a nice soapy white head. Citrus and floral hop aromas with caramel makes for a nice and classic nose. The flavor is definitely more hop forward than the aroma. Bitterness is surprisingly big. Citrus and floral hops. Just a little tropical with the grapefruit and other citrus. Malts are not so much caramel as they are pale. They remain in the background and are a bit muddled. This was a good IPA, but not a great one. However, as a gluten free beer it was outstanding. Hops were allowed free reign and they did flourish.
