COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Omission IPA is a bright, hop forward Northwest Style IPA produced in the spirit of the original IPAs shipped from the UK to India in the late 1800’s. The heavy-handed use of Cascade and Summit hops give it notable pine, citrus, and grapefruit aromas and flavors. The bitterness is what you would expect of a NW IPA but this beer is balanced and smooth due to the perfect level of malt sweetness. The finish is crisp, clean, and refreshing – it’s a true IPA lover’s IPA.

Golden pour with a pillowy white head. No aroma , first taste is of a strange bitterness (not hops). Body and mouth feel is a little llight for the style. But I guess it beats drinking sorghum !

Bottle. Foggy dark lemon color with an OK lacing head. Some skunk in the aroma mixed with hops. Smooth, hoppy taste with a light tart bite at the end. I guess for a gluten fee IPA it is not bad, but definitely lacking.

Frisk och fruktig i aromen, mycket humle. Likaså i smaken, väldigt bra, balanserad i smaken och kroppen.

Bottle served as a part of a beer tasting seminar on a cruise ship. Pours hazy golden with a small white head. Nose is malt, grain, fruit, earth. Flavor follows with a mild hop profile. Not half bad, but not worth drinking again either.

Gluten Free. Light Amber pour, persistent fizzy head. Light malt nose. Pronounced bitterness, a bit of honey. A little thin for an IPA but nice for gluten free.

Reviewed from notes. This was poured into a pint glass. The appearance was a gentle hazy amber color with a quarter finger of white foaminess of a head. Once the head died, there was some light lacing sliding into the beer. The smell had a grainy to grassy light lemon to pine coming to surface. The taste was mainly the same thing. On the palate, this one sat fairly light and didn’t have the harshness I was expecting for an AIPA. The carbonation seemed to be too subdued for the style and was just okay to me. Overall, weird AIPA, not sure where I got the grainy sort of thing in the smell and the taste. I prefer their pale ale before this.

12 oz. bottle purchased at Trader Joes. hop. Hazy orange / amber color with thin head in the pint glass. Aroma is malt heavy with grain and a light note of pine.

No surprise here. Toasted grain, light grapefruit through the center with a touch of pine in the backend. Pine lingers for a short time and vanishes. Lots of sweetness with weak bitterness. Body is the light side of medium. Overall not bad for the low price I would prefer the pale ale over this if I needed to be gluten free.

Bottle. Bbotmc. Hazy amber white ring. Spicy hoppiness some dried onion and chilled honey aroma, hoppy, fairly bitter taste with a little biscuit. Medium body, rather carbonated and a little dry finish. I’d never believe it’s gluten free.
