3.2 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Thank you so much for a gluten-free beer that actually tastes like a real beer. I realized recently that I have slight issues with gluten, so if I can, I typically get something from Omission - this is a pretty decent IPA - better than the omission pale ale.

2.8 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Gold pour with minimal white head. Piney hops and florals in the nose. I wouldn;t call this one great, but the hops are assertive and you could do worse.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottle. It pours a clear, dark golden body under a small, dense, white head. Citrusy, piney aroma with a little caramel and pale malts. Itís full-bodied and soft on the palate, with a pleasant carbonation. Nice bitterness in the flavor, with citrus peel, pine cones and a little maltyness. Mostly bitter finish with a solid dose of pine cones. Iíve not had many gluten free beers I can say I like, but this one is actually good. 131231

3.1 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Bottle:   Bright straw, slight haze, small frothy white head, spotty lacing.   Soft citrus and piney aroma.   Smells a little dank too, maybe purple trainwreck?   Mealy start, cereal like graininess.   Very pale hops at this point.   Body and mouthfeel are average.   Strong cereal like finish.   The nose was much better than the taste, and the finish is just too much.   Not a fan.

2.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
UPDATED: DEC 30, 2013 Bottle. Slightly hazy orange pour with a small spotty white head. This is one of the better gluten free beers Iíve had - actually drinkable. Citrus and pine hops. Well balanced.
